We want you to be completely satisfied with Kova. If it doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward refund policy.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not happy with your Kova Pro subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked. This applies to both monthly and annual plans.
How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund request" and include your account email. We'll process your refund within 3–5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method via Paddle.
After 14 Days
After the 14-day window, we do not offer refunds for the current billing period. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time and you'll retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing cycle. After cancellation, your account will automatically downgrade to the Free plan.
Annual Plans
For annual subscriptions, the 14-day money-back guarantee applies from the date of purchase. If you cancel an annual plan after 14 days, you'll retain access for the remainder of the annual period but no partial refund will be issued.
Exceptions
We may make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis for technical issues that prevent you from using Kova. Contact [email protected] and we'll work with you.
