Program terms
Duration
Initial 6-month term, renewable by mutual agreement. Either party can end with 30 days' written notice.
Exclusivity
No exclusivity required. You're free to work with other brands, including competitors.
FTC Compliance
All ambassadors must comply with FTC disclosure guidelines. Every piece of sponsored content must include a clear disclosure of the partnership.
Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of all content you create. Kova may reshare and feature your content on our channels with attribution.
